RETURNS


Chic Pawz, LLC will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund when merchandise is accompanied by the original invoice, tags intact on product and packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

EXCHANGES


Chic Pawz, LLC will accommodate exchanges of merchandise in its original condition subject to merchandise availability. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once the new item has shipped. If we cannot accommodate your exchange, you will be notified.

If you are not making an even exchange, please return the original item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions or guidelines above. A new order can then be placed on www.chicpawz.com. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability.

For returns or exchanges, email info@chicpawz.com with your order number and reason in regards to your return or exchange. Allow 24-48 hours for acknowledgment.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
